Compatible with the same plug-in modules as the DL950 ScopeCorder, the SL2000 offers exceptional versatility for mixed-signal measurement. A single unit can simultaneously capture a wide variety of signals, including high voltages, vehicle communication busses, and NVH inputs such as vibration, strain, and temperature.

Description for key specs: Designed for ATE systems — 4U chassis, high-speed acquisition system, and modular isolated oscilloscope for high-channel-count automated testing. Two operating modes: Scope and DAQ — Scope mode for fast repetitive signals (functions as an oscilloscope); DAQ mode for continuous, long-term recording (functions as a data logger), scalable up to 160 channels with IS8000 software. Flexible control software options — no-code IS8000 software for rapid setup, or open API for custom integration into proprietary ATE systems. High-bandwidth data streaming — high-speed continuous data streaming.
