Built upon Yokogawa's history of developing superior sourcing instruments, the LS3300 is an AC signal generator capable of simultaneously outputting current and voltage, thereby enabling the calibration of power measurement devices such as clamp meters/current transformers, panel meters, RMS multimeters, and power meters. The LS3300 delivers up to 78.5 kW per unit, with user-configurable settings for current, voltage, frequency, and phase. New features include a high-definition LCD display, a vector diagram, and the ability to synchronize up to three units to emulate everything from single-phase 2-wire to three-phase 4-wire systems.

The GS820 Multi-Channel Source Measure Unit comes in 18 V and 50 V models for LED lighting testing, drain current measurement, and more. It features two isolated analog channels, each equipped with a constant voltage source, constant current source, voltmeter, and ammeter. The Yokogawa GS820 source measure unit offers two sweep functions, PC connectivity via USB, and expansion up to 10 channels.

The GS610 is a highly accurate, functional, programmable voltage/current source that incorporates both voltage and current generation and measurement functions. The maximum output voltage and current are 110 V and 3.2 A, respectively. It enables the evaluation of a wide range of basic electrical characteristics because the GS610 can operate as both a current source and a current sink.

The GS200 is a low-voltage/low-current DC source featuring high accuracy, stability, and resolution. With traceability, excellent stability, and a 5½-digit resolution, the GS200 generates the extremely low-noise DC voltage and current signals required for many applications. Additionally, the optional monitor function turns the GS200 into a voltage and current measurement instrument.

Dual voltage and current generation and measurement for optical and semiconductor devices. The AQ23811A is a dual-channel SMU module for the AQ2300 Series test platform. It combines voltage and current generation with voltage and current measurement, enabling the evaluation of electrical characteristics using a single, compact module. The AQ23811A is designed for the evaluation and inspection of optical semiconductor devices, such as laser diodes, photodiodes, LEDs, and optical modulators, as well as electronic semiconductor devices, such as transistors and FETs. A nine-slot AQ2300 frame can host up to 18 SMU channels.

Next-generation modular test platform. The AQ2300 is a test platform for silicon photonics, semiconductors, optical fibers, passive components, and optical communication equipment. Built upon the AQ2200, it offers faster processing, higher module density, and enhanced data transfer and storage. A comprehensive range of modules includes light sources, optical power meters, attenuators, switches, and source measure units (SMUs). All modules can be synchronized via an advanced trigger system. The AQ2300 enables automated, accurate, and high-throughput testing for demanding applications.

The Model 2560A is a simple, precise and cost effective solution for calibrating DC measuring instruments such as analog meters, thermometers, temperature transmitters, data loggers and multimeters.  

The 2558A is a cost-effective, high-precision instrument capable of outputting a wide range of AC voltages and currents for the calibration of AC measurement devices such as analog wattmeters, power meters, clamp-on testers, and current transformers. Intuitive front panel controls and various computer interfaces enable the 2558A to be operated manually or become integrated into an larger system.

The 2553A is designed for calibrating traditional voltage and current measurement devices, such as ammeters, voltmeters, digital multimeters, and DC wattmeters. In addition, the 2553A can calibrate thermometers and temperature controllers that measure via thermocouples or RTD sensors. The unit supports all commonly used thermocouple types specified by the IEC. Intuitive dials allow the user to adjust output values quickly and easily. The instrument also supports USB communication and mass storage, allowing it to be used as a system within a larger test bench or as a programmable output device.
