The GS820 Multi-Channel Source Measure Unit comes in 18 V and 50 V models for LED lighting testing, drain current measurement, and more. It features two isolated analog channels, each equipped with a constant voltage source, constant current source, voltmeter, and ammeter. The Yokogawa GS820 source measure unit offers two sweep functions, PC connectivity via USB, and expansion up to 10 channels.

The GS610 is a highly accurate, functional, programmable voltage/current source that incorporates both voltage and current generation and measurement functions. The maximum output voltage and current are 110 V and 3.2 A, respectively. Dual voltage and current generation and measurement for optical and semiconductor devices. The AQ23811A is a dual-channel SMU module for the AQ2300 Series test platform. It combines voltage and current generation with voltage and current measurement, enabling the evaluation of electrical characteristics using a single, compact module. The AQ23811A is designed for the evaluation and inspection of optical semiconductor devices, such as laser diodes, photodiodes, LEDs, and optical modulators, as well as electronic semiconductor devices, such as transistors and FETs. A nine-slot AQ2300 frame can host up to 18 SMU channels.

Built upon the AQ2200, it offers faster processing, higher module density, and enhanced data transfer and storage.
